Plasman in Simrishamn, located in beautiful Österlen, manufactures and paints injection-molded plastic parts for the automotive industry. Among our international customers are Scania, Volvo Cars, Volvo Trucks, and the BMW Group. 🚗🚛

About the position:

The position is full-time with a salary according to agreement. Working hours are two shifts or permanent night, which means early mornings and late evenings – but also extra compensation for inconvenient working hours. ☀️🌘⏰

Working as an Operator:

Since we have several production departments, you will have the opportunity to follow the entire process – from granulate to finished painted product. This makes the work both varied and developing.

Your main task is to ensure the quality of your work towards our customers, where you work according to clear and written instructions.

Initially, we will develop your skills through training in high-lift trucks. For those who wish, there are also good opportunities to apply for internal positions within the entire organization. 👨‍🔧👩‍🏫👩‍🏭👩‍💻

Who you are:

Work experience and industrial familiarity are advantageous, but we place great emphasis on your personality, commitment, and willingness to do a good job. Even if you have no prior experience, you are warmly welcome to apply.

There is also the possibility to combine the operator role with forklift driving within Warehouse and Production Services. Therefore, a forklift license and good driving experience are advantageous.

We prefer that you have a B driver's license or the ability to carpool if you do not live near the workplace. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, and we conduct a reading comprehension test as part of the selection process.
